Hi, I am trying to evaluate between getting the H1B stamping in Mexico or from Chennai. I live in California now. Could not get an appointment in Tijuana till Feb.
My India trip is due in mid Jan.
So if anyone could advice me how I should proceed? Still go for a stamping in any other Mexican Consulate like in Nogales or Matamaros? Or get it done in Chennai?
Also pls tell me where can I get the forms DS-156 and DS-157 ?
