I am on H1B.I recently got my H1BVisa revalidated.The new visa is now valid till Aug 2009.My wife is on H4 accordingly.
My marriage is now going through serious crisis. I dont want my spouse to misuse the H4 visa that is valid till 2009.
Questions:
1. Is there a way of cancelling the H4 visa? - so that she cannot travel to USA on her own and stay with her relatives on the basis of my H1 authorization.
2. Can I report the case to Police/ INS ? How do I do this ?
3. How do I stop her from misusing the H4 visa in case my marriage falls apart.
Appreciate your help in this regard.
