H1 Extension

I have transfered my Visa to a new company. After that I didnot travel out of USA to stamp the New Visa. I have the Old visa on my passport till September 2008 and have a valid new H1 papers for upto May 2009 . Do I need to Restamp the Visa before Sep. 2008 or i can stay in USA till May 2009 and then go for Restamp, once I apply for extension. Please Advise.

Nope, not at all

Make sure you have the original new H1 approval with your passport.

Make a copy of it and keep it safe elsewhere away from your premises.
