Hi,
I will be resigning from Company A next week (7th Dec-2007) and joining Company B after 3 weeks(Jan 2- 2008) and my h1 transfer is on the process.
Will there be any problem when i take a break after i resign from Company A and till i join Company B.
Will the gap of employment between my current employment (Company A) and upcoming employment (Company B) will lead to my H1 extension of status in the U.S. being denied?? Pls. advice at the earliest.
