If the H4 is rejected 212 (A)(4) can we reapply by person or approved courier. I will appreciate the help. Following response from consulate is confusing
You are welcome to submit any information that believes could server establish that you and your family will not become public charges. Alternatively you may wish to explain reason why your earnings have been so low. Please note if you choose to reapply you would need to submit the application fee again.
Otherwise, the Consulate will not contact you .The staff at the gates and on the telephones have information about your case, consequently you should not return to the Consulate in person, nor should you telephone the reception. .This will not speed the processing of your case.
