H1 485 Pending

I filed 485/765/140 before expiration of my H1,

and got 765 ( EAD ) approved

Before Expiring of H1 & gettting EAD i was planning to renew my H1,
But after getting EAD, my attorny told no need to renew your H1,
( Since we already had 2 RFE for H1 transfer before, now v got EAD
u should be fine )


But Now i m scared that my H1 is expired,

and for some reason if I140 is not approved, my pending 485, & EAD
will logically be cancelled,

Can i renew my H1 while 485 is pending, before getting any result of i140.
Please Advice,
