  • H4 for baby - Personal interview/finger printing

    Hi:

Wondering if children below 14 are exempted from ppearing for personal interview and finger printing.

TT services replied to my inquiry saying all age grops are required to take appointment and appear for personal interview.

But I got the following information from immihelp website.

"The reason for ending the drop-box facility is that beginning in July 2004, U.S. consular sections in India will start collecting fingerprint impressions from all visa applicants, except those traveling on official government business or who are under age 14 or over age 79."

    Any experiences to share?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post. Would you please post your experience after your appointment/getting visa?

      Thanks again.
