Query - F1 to H1B

Hello,
I am a student on F1 visa in the US and yet to complete my graduation (if fact I've started my masters this fall ). Unfortunately, I am going through a financial crisis and I guess I won't be able to continue further. I had applied for a job in a company and they are willing to sponsor my H1B visa and employ me. Now my worry is, is it legal to leave the university and join this organization prior to completion of my graduation ? Will there be any immigration issue ?
I wud be very helpful if you can advise in this matter !

You can do that. However, your H1 will be subject to annual cap and the quota for the next year is already over.
