221(g) .... Please help

Hi ,

I got 221(g) from Delhi counsolate. Please let me know whether I need to schedule new appointment.

My HDFC receipt is already used so I am not able to retrieve my DS156 and DS157.

Please help how to retrieve my DS156 and DS157 forms as original kept by VO in my previous appointment.

Hi Manish,

Normally the consulor will give you instructions on 221(g) itself whether you need to attend the interview again or simply drop the papers in the drop box in nearest vfs office. If he gave you 2 options either to drop or attend interview again, according to my knowledge it is better to attend the interview again.

221g-Help required

I too got 221g with the officer telling me to drop the required documents.
Q1.Now what r teh possiblities after I drop all the documents?
Q2.My present company (suppose X)want to process my B1 Visa while my H1B is already under process as menitoned above (by company Y).Is it possible to get/apply for B1 Visa in such a case?
