Consulting company not giving pay stubs how to tranfer h1 without them.

My employer is not giving me pay stubs, but I am working for last 4 months at client site. I have pays stubs of last month and previous month and I do not have pay stubs for this month.

What are my options to get pay stubs from my employer ?
What way USCIS can help me in this case ?
Is it possible get transfer with previous month pay stubs ?
