H4 Visa Stamping during H1B Transfer
This is a typical H1B Transfer issue during transition time.
H1B Transfer from Company A to Company B is going on. Still in Pending state, but new receipt(WAC#) available. This being the present state. The question is about the dependant who is in India going for H4 Visa Stamping.
1.Can the dependant go with the I797 Petition from Company A for the Visa Stamping?
2.Can she enter US showing Company A's H1 Petition paper's itself ? Assuming the new petition would not have come by the time she enters US.
Please help me with the alternatives
