H1 Stamping-Help Needed

I am going for my H1 stamping in the next week with my family.
Can you please let me know will there be any problem with the salary given in the offer letter by my consultant?
I have been offered 45-49K in the offer letter,but the original one is different and the prevailing wage at my work location is around 40K.
There will be any problem with the amount specified in the offer letter.
And also please let me know if you have any suggestions regarding H1 stamping.
