My wife is on H4 visa. Mine (H1b) and my wifes (H4) visa and I94 expires on Oct. I sent my papers for extension. My wife is going to india for vacation in july and wants to come back in Nov. What is the procedure to get her visa stamped. Do i need to send my extension papers(i am not sure whether i will get them or not by that time) do i need to inform to embasy before she is leaving. any information will be appriciated.
