spelling difference in passport
My wife is planning for H1B in March with two kids her spelling in my passport is dipika and it shows deepika in her passport .for this should i ask her to carry affadavit mentioning that the person is one and the same and also please let me know what are the formalities i have to follow so when she lands here in US the immigration officer would ask if the spelling is differrent please guide as she is cming for first time with a 4 month old baby and 3year old daughter of mine
