H1B - New Question in VFS site???

Hi,

I found a new question in the VFS site for chennai US consulate.
Are you applying for same visa class that expired in the last 12 months?

Do they treat expired visa differently?

If so, my visa expired couple of months ago and I can go ahead and get it restamped.

Seniors please guide me on this.
