L to H convertion
Hi,
I got converted from H1 to L1 after comming to US so that my spouse can work on L2, we both travelled out of US and hence got stamped as L1 and L2 to enter into US again, Now since my H1b is still valid and would like to go back to H1b(from another company) from L1...
When my status changes from L1 to H1b, my spouse wd be H4 accordingly, but if my spouse alone travels ouside US, will she be able to come back to US with her H4 stamping done without me acompanying her for stamping? or should I have to go with her for the stamping?
Please help me find the answer asap as its bit urjent....
