L1 to H1-B Question Urgent Please help!!!
Hello,
I am on L1B from company A. I have my H1-B visa petition approved. This is for a new fresh H1-B and not an adjustment of status.Can I go to Mexico or Canada for stamping my new H1-B.If so will my current L1B visa get cancelled or can I enter USA with both H1 and L1 visas in my passport. Can I enter the USA after getting H1-B stamp on my current L1B visa and later start working for the H1-B employer after a couple of months.Please help.
