I am currently with a FOR PROFIT (NON-EXEMPT) company on a H1B

If i join a NON-PROFIT(exempt) organization by transfering my H1B and again have to join another FOR PROFIT(non-exempt) company on H1B will I be counted towards the CAP at that time?

No, since the H1 was already counted towards the cap. It will not be counted a second time.
