H1 B -- Visa Revalidation In USA / change of company

Hi,
I have submitted my H1-B visa for Re-Validation in US.
1) If I change company , what happens to my Visa Re-Validation.

2) Do I have to call back my Visa Re-Validation application and apply fresh with the new company.
