H1 stamping - Canada or Mexico?

Yo!

Just wondering whether any of you could help me with this..
I got my H-1 visa but need to get it stamped. Which would be a better place to go? Canada (Toronto) or Mexico (El Paso) ?

Also.. just in case they do not want to stamp it and tell me get it done from India, will I be able to get back into US without any problems?
