I am currently on H1B visa in USA and have a contractual agreement with my employer for not joining the client directly until a duration of 1 year after I quit my current posting at client. My 2nd H1 term, on which bases the contract is solely based is due to expire in couple of months. I cannot stay in USA anymore after that, but can also comeback on TN visa as I am a Canadian citizen. Will the contract be still binding as I had completed my H1 B with my existing employer without joining the client. Will my contract expire with the culmination of H1 B?
