H1 transfer- Got paid but no paystub

Hi,

My new employer is processing my H1 transfer. They asked me for recent paystubs. I have paystubs until November, but not the most recent(december). I did get paid for december, I have proof in my BANK STATEMENTs showing the Direct Deposit.

I tried to contact my old employer, they are refusing to give me my december paystub as the relations between us are not good. What to do? please advice

Let your old employer know in writing (Registered post) that you will be reporting him to DOL if he fails to give the pay-stub.Give him 3 days time and mention that in the letter too. I think since you have till november, it will be ok, but whatever be the case your former employer should give you your pay-stub.I bet this is a stupid indian consulting company.no doubt on that!!
