H1B Suspension ... what to do next?

Dear friends I am Raju from india, I got H1B from my employer and when i had interview with consulate general in Chennai, i got through the tech interview and then he has suspended my H1B and returned to INS, and given me the same letter mentioning. Mine is a MBA Systems Degree, give me possible suggestions in this regard..............
Is it affect any future offers
