Doubt in L1B and H1 visa
I am having L1B visa with company A till 2009.Now i applied my HIB with company B.The H1B is approved and its valid from 10/01/2007, but till now i have not attend the embassy interview.
What my questions is.
1.MY company A(L1B) is planning to send me to usa.can i go with L1B visa.
2.Now what is my visa status.
3.My wife is having L2 visa and she is also working in software can she work in usa in the same fields.
