my friend is currently on L1, her hubby on H1, she wants to take a break for abt a yr for her pregnancy, her company wont allow this so she wants to get her H4. after abut a yr, can she get bk the L1, what would be the litigations there, would she need to get bk to india, apply etc... or she can get H1 from H1 easily....
