Can my wife apply for H4?

I got my H1 stamped in November 2007. I have done a court marriage.

can i apply for a H4 for my wife?

I do not have a marriage invitation card and also dont have a wedding album.

I am planning on having the social wedding in December 2008.

marriage certificate is a legal document, one must have.
All others are optional, but responsibilities are on your side to convince the counsel about your relationship.

yes, i do have my original marriage certificate.

What i do not have is:
1. Marriage Photograps
2. Marriage invitation card.

Can my wife carry my enagement album?

The availability of marriage certificate overrides the need of anything else. But carry whatever you have, just in case.

I have one more query.
If my wife tells the VO that we have had an court marriage, hence no wedding album, will the VO ask when is the social wedding?

And does the approval of the visa depend whether the marriage is a social one or not?

Also, can anyone please give me a list of propable questions for an H4 interview.

My wife will be going to the US Consulate,Mumbai.
