Why dont you take everything needed for the application? No one can say which documents will be asked for by the officer at the time of interview. If you are lucky you'll sail through, but if not then you will seriously miss not having those documents.

Also, I smell fraud here, did you claim you have experience in skill YYYY while filing for a work permit in skill YYY? May be thats why you got an experience letter done without explanation of skills or the field in which you work. I am cautioning you here of grave consequences.

    urgent..Docs Required..Additional Questionare

    Hello All,

Thanks for your support in advance.

I have scheduled my interview at Mumbai for Next week.
As part of submitting the docs, I have seen additional questionare in some forums. Please answer the below queries.

1)What is this Additional Questionare?Do I need to submit this along with doc submitted before 3 days?

And for the doc to the interview.......

    2) Letters veryfying the employee details and specific skills.
My experience letter only shows the from date and To date and desgination ...but not my specific skills .Is it Ok?? or should I get any other letters??

    3) Do I need to carry the photographs and coemployees numbers with me for the interview. But photography is not allowed in my company.
    Is it a must?

4)I have worked and filed H1 on a different skill which is different from my skill now.Would it be a problem? what should I mention in the additional Questionare or in interview to be on safer side.

    Thanks,
    gaurav
