Hi -
I am on H1B and my wife is currently on H4. We applied for her H1B which got approved last year. But we didnt receive the approval notice, so we filed for a duplicate and the request is pending with USCIS.
Since my H1B and my wife's H4 is expiring in May, we have to now file an extension.
What will the visa status be for my wife as we will be filing an H4 extension while waiting for H1B duplicate?
