My H1-B visa is expiring on July 23rd 2004, I have applied for H1-B visa extension through my current employer and have gotten the receipt.
Now I want to change jobs and my new employer is willing to sponsor for my H1-B. I have to start the new job from July 26th 2004. Now my question is Can I start with the new employer on July 26th 2004 with the receipt notice for my new H1-B and H1-B extension? In case if both the extension and the new H1-B are still not approved.
