    H1 CAP Excemption for 2nd H1 after 6 + 1yr outside US

    If you friends out here know anything about this please let me know. I was in US for 6 years and left the country for 1 year. My old company is willing to do a new H1 - Does H1 quota applies to this case ?. (Any thought on AC21)

    Any help is really appreciated.
