Hi friends,

I am in US, my spouse in hyderabad. We had no marraige certificate, How is it possible to go to H4 stamping in Chennai.

Please solve this problem

Without marriage certificate it would be very difficult, the only thing is u can to manage marriage certificate some how in india

I think you can get official letter from the Municipality or from someother office in your city , stating that there is no record available of your marriage registration in their office. that way you are allowed to apply for H4..

My problem is different, I got married under christian marriage act, do i still need to get my marriage registered with court ? or the certificate issued by the church is valid ? because my church paster was holding the legal marriage licence from Govt .
