Hi,
My wife came on L1 and now want to join a new company on H1. Since the cap for H1 is already reached, does she have to wait for Oct 1 2004, or the company can sponsor H1 right now. I know that for H1 to H1, cap is not a problem.
Any help will be appreciated.
