Hi,
I found your email address from your website. I am working in a company now with H1b status. My lawyer has filled for labor certification on 2003 and still its shows “In process” in the case status website. I am now in my 6th or the last year of h1b, the h1b will expire on 31/12/2007. Now I got another job offer from another company. The new company is willing to do anything related to my immigration process to have me on the board.
Is there any way So that I can change my job and work for the new company?
Will you or your law firm can do this? How much will be the cost if there is a way? I would like to get my green card and do not intent to take any risk. I am looking for an expert lawyer, as my current lawyer is not very helpful.
