Immigration Status L1 to H1B?

Sir / Madam,

I am on L1 visa working for Employer ‘A’ from January 2006.

I have a valid H1B from employer ‘B’ from October 1st, 2006.

Still working on L1 visa with employer ‘A’, though I got H1B.

My Dependents (wife and 2 kids) have valid L2 visa (visiting India).

Could you please answer the following questions at your earliest convenience.
Q1: On what visa my dependents will be?
Q2: Based on question1 how do I get my dependents to USA?
Q3: Employer ‘B’ has generated W2 for 2006?
Q4: Is My employment is legal with Employer ‘A’?
Q5: Continuing employment with employer 'A', what action needs to be legal?

As long as you are using L1, they are on L2.
