AGAIN ISSUED 221 g BLUE

hi friends
to day morning i recived a courier from Blue dart , in that the embassy people sended one more 221 g .
and mentioning that
In the blue form they ticked this line
APPLICATION PROCESSING INFORMATION

The petition is being returned to USCIS for further review .upon completion of the review , USCIS will contact your petitioner .
plz wait a notification from the consulate before returning.

this mean, its goes for addition verification, its takes some time "best of luck" every thing will goes fine


when do u atten the interview, and when u drop the doc on VFS ??
and when do u got reply from courier ?

my interview date is 27 nov
i droped in drop box : 26 dec
i got responce from embassy (means got another blue form ) : 30 jan

Hi all,

In this condition, if someone has travel document, can he travel back or he is stuck in the country until he get 221 (g) issue clear?
What are the significant effect in GC process in this case?
I am also planning to go to India and get my H1 stamp but worring if I also stuck like that, can I come back on AP?

Regd travelling back, u can always request to return your passport while your case is in process and doing that will not alter your case in any way. But, after the case is completed successfully; you need to come to the embassy, where you applied, for stamping.

What is the use of H1 stamp if I will use my Travel Document? What should I do further? If I must have to come back, can I take later date or have to come on the given date only?
