H4 to H1 :- Appling H1 from India , Coming to USA on H4

Hi,

I am applying for H1 visa from India this April. I am coming to USA on H4 visa in June.

How do I transfer from H4 to H1 in case If I my H1 gets approved? I heard since I am applying from India, I will not get I94 along with my approved H1 papers.
So I will be on H4 I94 only.

Some body please help

If your H1 is approved , you can go out of US and re-enter after obtaining H1 visa stamp in your pp. This is the simplest way.

Here there are two cases
1) My application may get approved before June
2) Or it may get approved after June.

Will it be okay to go for stamping in either case?

And in application there is a column asks us the stamping location If I am applying from India. Can I give Canada and Go to Canada to get it stamped?

I read that I can apply for Change of Status after coming to USA without going for stamping .But no body is sure and No body done it

If my H1 gets rejected when I go for stamping will my H4 get affected?
