Can F1 be Converted to H1 visa

Hi All,
I am on F1 visa now. I didn't even finish my degree I am pursuing. I want to get a H1 and find some Job here. Can I change to H1 without any problems. Do you see any problems with that. Please suggest.

An H1 requires at least a degree comparable to a US bachelor degree. No degree, no H1.
And the job also has to require that degree. So you can't get an H1 for just any job.
Finally, you have to find a job first, and the employer has to apply for your H1. Once they get it, you can start working there.
