I am planning to attend chennai consulate for H1 visa, Is any body recently attended Chennai consulate. Please let me know your experiences. Any tips are most welcome.

Hello Mohan,
I might go to Chennai consulate for H1B stamping after I receive my I-797. Right now I am in US. Do I have to do the drop box or attend a personal interview. How do I find out this informaton. How long would they take to mail all the documents back to you after the stamping is done? Please let me know. Thanks
