H4 to H1 urgent help needed

Hello members,

I came to USA in Mar'07 on H4 and company A has applied for my H1 -B for this year (F.Y. 07-08) cap.I have given all the documents of H4 .My visa as well as I-94 is valid till Oct'09.Now because of some urgency I need to go back to India.

My question is:
Will it affect my H1 processing?
