Education requirements for H1B

Hi

I am from India and have a M.Com degree from India. I possess the Financial Risk Manager certification (US based institute) and am also going to clear my CPA exam (US based certification, equivalent to CA in India). Will this qualify me for an H1B visa or will I need to do an MS from the US?
