Hi,
My H1B visa expires on 19th Nov. 2003. I have already applied for an extension and have got the receipt number from BCIS. My question is, i am planning to quit my job by end of december 2003 and go back to India. Assuming i did not receive my new I-94 card by that date, when i am leaving the U.S.A, wont the officials at the Airport question me as to why i have overstayed in the the U.S., since i will be handing over my old I-94 card that has already expired on 19th Nov,2003.
