Cost of a new H1B visa?

Can someone explain what are the various cost components for an employer to file for a new H1B visa for an existing employee in L1B status. I read somewhere the following:

Base fee: $190; Fraud fee: $500; ACWIA fee: $750 or $1,500 (depending upon size of company); premium processing fee (optional): $1,000.


However can someone second this, or provide better information?

Cost of new H1B

This is correct fee.
But, here attorney fee is missing around 400-800 USD. If your employer is paying that other charges are perfect.

Is the actual cost of stamping the visa at consulate ($130 I believe?) embedded in this cost, or is that in addition to above?
