Can H1-b visa holder attend school

I currently have H1-b visa (expiring 10/2009).

I was wondering if I could attend grad school or take classes in the US?
If so, does it have to be full-time?

Any help will be appreciated!!

Yes, you can attend school or take classes while on H1. It does not have to be full time.
