reappear after 221g + need to fill ds156 again?

Hello All,

I need to appear again for the interview, after 221(g) was granted to me. I had applied from Delhi Consulate.
The query is should I need to refill the DS 156 & Ds 157 forms, before my interview. I am not sure because I cannot find the DS 156 & DS 157 forms with me, along with the documents that were returned to me.

Please help.

You should fill the DS156,DS157 incase of reappering for visa interview..Find the Electronic Visa Application form by below link..

Makesure to provide same informations as previous..
