H1 extension and EAD.

Hello all,

My employer has filed for Adjustment of Status , 140, etc. I have a EAD card also.

The question is : Do I need to extend my H1 visa even if I have filed for adjustment of status?

You can work on the EAD. Be aware, though, that in this case you need Advance Parole to travel abroad.
