Hello sir/madam,
I have H1B approval (not visa) only from one employer in usa, but they are out of business now and hence didn't send me the package for me to go to visa office. Now, i found another employer in usa who is willing to transfer my approval from the previous company to their name and is also ready to send me the necessary docs for visa. Can this be done? is there a problem doing so? approx. how much should it cost me to transfer from one to another?
