Hi All,
The immigration department at the new company said that once they file a petition for my H1B, I can leave US. However, I remember reading that it might be risky to be outside US if your H1B transfer application is being processed.
My questions are:
1. If my H1B approval comes through while I am outside US, will it be a problem for me to enter US with a I-94 from my previous H1B?
2. How much time does it normally take to get approval thru Premium Processing?
