221g blue after a special interview
I need suggestion on my 221g blue form.
I attended h1 visa interview at chennai consulate.
visa officer asked my masters and bachlors degrees. after Iam passing the same, he asked me to wait for 15minutes.
I was called to another room for spl.interview. I was asked by a lady about my experience in computers field. I have only commerce degrees and a PGDCA ceritificate from a computer institute. Actually, my designation is accounts executive but Iam maintaining my firm's computer packages. She asked some questions about java, unix etc. but I answered correctly for two questions only.And again she told me you have no enough programming knowledge to work in USA and she asked me to write my experience and sign on that paper. But, I refused it and I told her, I prodeced all factual information if you want enquire pl.enquire. She asked me to wait for half an hour.
Again I was called by VO and issued a 221gblue duly writing 1) present employer
hiring letter 2)experience letters 3)incremental letters and 4)promotional letters with those letters you have to attend personal interview at consulate on any tuesday,wednes day or thurs day between 10 to 12 noon.
I highly appreciated if any one give reply for what I have to do in this situation and which care I have to taken pi.
