    New H1 - completed max time on L1

    I will be completing my maximum allowed limit of stay on a L1 visa (7 years) during June-08. I would be leaving he country for clock reset. However, I have following questions:

    Will I be eligible to apply for H1 in April-08?
    What would be my H1 petition start date in that case?
