H1B help required please help me Out

Dear friends ,
i entered USA 2 months ago on F2 visa . now i am planning to apply for H1B this april 08. i have some questions in my mind to clarify it ....answers would be greatly appriciated....

Can i apply H1B with two different companies at same time ? if so does it effect my Over all H1B application process? i would like to do this since there is Random pick-up by computer for this April 08. so is it ok to go with two companies for my H1B ....thanks a lot friends...eagarly waiting for your answers...
